NOTICE OF REGISTRATION

MAY CONSOLIDATED ELECTION

TUESDAY MAY 07, 2024

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE TOWNSHIP:
Please take notice that any qualified electors of Hagar Township who are not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, a Secretary of State branch office or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at expressSOS.com. 

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is MONDAY APRIL 22, 2024. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Hagar Township Clerk’s office located at 3900 Riverside Rd  |  Benton Harbor, MI 49022:

  • 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday and 2 to 5 p.m., Friday only
  • Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 8 a.m to 4:00 p.m. (MCL 168.498)
  • Election Day, Tuesday May 7, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that electors residing within the Coloma Community Schools district will vote on 2 bond proposals.
